Mint Iced Coffee Latte To make the mint simple syrup, add the water, sugar, mint leaves and vanilla beans (and empty pod) to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Whisk constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil. Let it bubble for a minute or so, then reduce the heat and let it cool completely.

Ingredients of Mint Iced Coffee Latte

  1. You need 2 Teaspoon of Instant Coffee Powder.
  2. It's 2 Teaspoon of Brown sugar (you can increase the quantity of sugar according to your taste).
  3. Prepare 15 to 20 leaves of Mint Leaves.
  4. You need 200 ml of Milk Chilled.
  5. You need 200 ml +2 of Water tablespoon.
  6. You need 8 to 10 of Ice cubes.

Mint Iced Coffee Latte instructions

  1. Lets first prepare Coffee shots. Traditionally it is made by coffee beans but we are using an instant powder. So take a pan, add water, once it starts boiling add coffee powder to this. Boil this for 2 minutes..
  2. Now with the help of stainer stain the coffee. Keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Once it is at room temperature, keep it in a refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours. So that it is chilled Now take a mortar & pestle, add chopped mint leaves and sugar crush them nicely. Once it is nicely done, add 2 tablespoon of water to this and stain out the mixture. You will get a nice aromatic mint and sugar syrup.
  3. Now take a serving glass add 1 tablespoon of syrup to each glass, add ice cubes. Now pour chilled coffee to this till 3/4 of the glass, use chilled milk to top up the glass. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy....

When you're ready to make the lattes, strain the mint from the simple syrup. Discard mint. combine your coffee with the milk and three tablespoons of prepared syrup, according to taste. Stir well and garnish with fresh mint! Simple syrup will stay fresh in the fridge for two weeks.
