Ingredients of Green Tea Soy Milk Latte
- It's 1 tbs of matcha powder.
- You need 1/4 glass of water (125cc).
- It's 3/4 glass of soy milk /almond milk (375cc).
- Prepare 1 tbs of creamer (optional) (I used 2 tbs).
- Prepare 1 tbs of sugar / honey (adjust to your sweetness level).

- You need glass of with capacity around 500cc.

- Boil 1/4 glass of water, add matcha powder, creamer, and sugar using low heat. Let them dissolve completely..
- Add soy milk, stir them well and boil it for a bit..
- Serve with ice or let it cool inside the fridge half day..
For a nondairy latte, swap unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk for the low-fat milk. As I mentioned, normally I use almond milk or organic soy milk in my homemade lattes as well as in baking, as I find them the most versatile. Silk Creamy Cashew is similarly versatile. It's thick and creamy much like soy, and slightly nutty like almond milk. After a while Soy leaves me feeling less than great so I use rice milk or Ripple milk.
