  3. It's 6 oz of Steamed Milk.

  1. Sift Matcha into a cup.
  2. Melt matcha by adding 2 oz of hot water & stirring until matcha is a smooth paste.
  3. Pour 6oz steamed milk into a cup.
  4. Add melted matcha tea to the milk.
  5. Scoop foamy milk on top.
  6. Sprinkle with matcha dust or cocoa powder (optional) Add vanilla, almond, mint flavor. Sweeten with honey (optional).
